How we make money

TicketSift is completely free for you to use, and the price you pay for a ticket is the same whether you arrive via TicketSift or go to the marketplace directly.

Affiliate commissions

When you click through to a ticket marketplace from our site and buy a ticket, that marketplace may pay us a commission. The commission comes out of the marketplace's own margin — it is never added to your price.

What commissions never change

• Ranking.Options are ordered by what's best for you — cheapest total price, availability, and whether it's an official or face-value seller. A marketplace cannot pay to rank higher.
• Coverage.We show marketplaces we have no commercial relationship with whenever they're relevant.
• What we say about fees. Our fee guidance is based on how marketplaces actually behave at checkout, including the ones that pay us.

What we don't do

• We don't sell tickets or take your payment.
• We don't sell your personal data.
• We don't run "sponsored" placements dressed up as comparison results.

This page exists because comparison sites should be upfront about their incentives. If you ever feel a result doesn't match these promises, tell us and we'll fix it.
